- 退換貨時請先來電客服專線（5683 8599）會有專人為您服務。原廠外盒損毀或是商品缺件，將無法受理退貨。
Relevant matters related to return and exchange are explained as follows:
- Consumers who shop online at Kovid Medical Limited can enjoy the right to a hesitation period of seven days from the date of arrival of the goods. After the hesitation period, no returns will be accepted. Please forgive me.
- The hesitation period is not a trial period, therefore, the returned goods must be in a new state and completely packaged (including the host, accessories, internal and external packaging, random files, gifts, etc.). Do not miss any accessories or damage the original box.
- If the consumables have been unsealed, returns cannot be accepted, please decide whether to return the goods before unsealing.
- Personal items (such as underwear) should be carefully selected based on hygiene considerations, and returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
- When the goods arrive, if the goods are defective due to the shipping process or the goods themselves, they can be exchanged or returned within seven days of arrival.
- Please call the customer service hotline (5683 8599) when you return or exchange goods, someone will serve you. If the original box is damaged or the product is missing, the return will not be accepted.
